Dinner / Reception
Premier full service catering, unlimited possibilities!
If you already know the style of dinner you want; Seated, Buffet, Stations (small plate or dinner), Family Style or Tabletop Buffet, then you can proceed to the next step! To help you get started the following is brief explanation of reception styles:
Seated Dinners – following a cocktail hour, guests are treated to a dinner which can consist of the desired numbered of courses you wish. A simple but substantial dinner involves two courses plus cake and/or dessert. Your menu structure can be as simple or elaborate as you like - course options include; appetizers, soup, salads, intermezzo (sorbet), main course, dessert / after dinner and late fare. We find most of our brides like to have either a Salad, Entrée, Dessert menu or some of them will also include an appetizer and/or intermezzo course – come taste and get inspired!
Buffet – Guests indulge in a variety of options! The most common misconception is that buffets are less expensive then seated dinners but the reality is if that was the case, what kind of service would you be getting? Simply put, there is much more food presented and consumed with buffet style then seated dinners. Ultimately, the benefit of the buffet dinners is really about the variety. Buffets can include; self-serve, chef stations or tabletop style. Space is a consideration as to provide a flawless buffet service multiple stations are required for most weddings – please feel free to contact our Event Planning Team for immediate assistance with space planning.
Stations – Many brides have the idea to do a stations dinner for “something different” and there is no question we can put together a one-of-a-kind experience! Stations receptions vary from cocktail-style to full dinners… Please allow us to inspire you with how we can tailor the menu and service to the “feel” and style you desire! Stations dinners generally feature three to five stations. Popular menu options include Tapas Bars, Asian Cuisine Bars, Gourmet Cheese Displays, Risotto Martini Bars and Pasta Stations – see sample station options
Family Style –Many of our brides love the feel of the family style dinner and have seen a trend in this more and more – especially with our rustic elegant and outdoor weddings. On the same token the feel of family style can be appropriate anywhere and we have TONS of creative ways to dine this way! Family style is a simple style of service but also needs to be handled with precision and grace in order to offer the best possible guest experience. Please inquire to learn more about the style variations and endless menu options of family style service.
